Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning execution and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
- Monitor project risks issues and changes providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards policies and government regulations in public sector projects.
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in project management with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope budget and delivery.
- Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning execution and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Experience managing complex project timelines budgets resources risks and change management.
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.
- Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.
- Excellent communication leadership problem-solving and reporting skills.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $170K-$200K Gross (includes basebonuses) standard Nagarro benefits
