The role
An internal opportunity is available to join the Childrens Voices Centre (CVC) as the Senior Administration this role you will be the welcoming face of the Centre supporting its daytoday operations while championing inclusivity collaboration and innovation.
Working closely with the Centre Director Associate Directors and Research Manager you will provide highlevel administrative and executive support oversee financial and governance processes and assist with contracts and research activities. You will engage with researchers and stakeholders across the University and externally supporting research translation professional development and resource development.
This role would ideally suit someone looking for school hours with flexible days and times available by negotiation. Youll enjoy interesting and varied work in a fun supportive team environment where no two days are quite the same.
About you
You bring proven experience in administrative and financial management. You are highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence. You communicate effectively and build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including children and families. You are comfortable working with data reporting and systems and you demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusivity diversity and social justice in your work.
