Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
TheroleofaCCaaSSolutionArchitect:
- Designingend-to-endsolutions:Architectingsolutionsthatmeetbusinessrequirementsandalignwithcustomerexperiencegoals.
- Integrationwithenterprisesystems:IntegratingCCaaSsolutionswithCRMERPandotherenterprisesystemstoensureseamlessdataflowandoptimizedperformance.
- Technicalleadership:Leadingandmentoringateamoftechnicalexpertstoensureefficientdeliveryofsolutions.
- Projectplanning:Developingdetailedprojectplanstimelinesandmilestonestoensuretimelydelivery.
- Implementation:OverseeingtheimplementationofCCaaSsolutionsensuringtheymeetalltechnicalfunctionalandperformancerequirements.
- Documentation:Producingcomprehensivedocumentationforthesolutionincludingarchitecturediagramstechnicalspecificationsanduserguides.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in CCaaS and incorporating best practices into the implementation process. Candidates should have a strong understanding of CCaaS platforms experience with system integration concepts and knowledge of database technologies and security best practices in cloud environments. Experience with AI-enabled features and omnichannel routing is also beneficial.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
