We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Chief of Staff role to ensure the optimization of operations to drive market expansion. You will serve as a highly strategic and facilitative leader and a trusted advisor to the CEO playing a key role in turning a high-level vision into actionable execution.


What Youll Be Doing

As a Chief of Staff you will be responsible for acting as a key partner and advisor to the CEO navigating the fast-paced environment of a scaling SaaS company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Harris global operations.
  • Executive Support: Support the CEO in managing internal and external stakeholders filtering key information and providing backgrounders to ensure high-velocity follow-up.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act on the authority of the CEO to coordinate high-impact projects that span product engineering and GTM (Go-To-Market) teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and SaaS-specific metrics to measure business health.
  • Special Initiatives: Manage special projects on behalf of the executive team such as market expansion product launches or strategic partnerships.
  • Communication: Coordinate and facilitate executive-level meetings ensuring alignment on the companys long-term vision and tactical goals.

We are looking for an individual who is a builder or problem solver and loves the fast pace of a startup with a proven track record of translating a chaotic startup vision into scoped workstreams. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • Experience: Experience in a scaling SaaS Software company.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to translate vision into scoped workstreams with clear owners and timelines.
  • Analytical Rigor: Experience leveraging analyst resources and data to identify growth opportunities and sustain high rates of scaling.
  • Project Management: Expertise in managing complex cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence leaders without relying on formal hierarchy.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • SaaS Acumen: Understanding of the SaaS business model and how the organization drives value within the Human Capital Management space.
  • Adaptability: A proactive solution-oriented mindset with the intellectual maturity to handle an environment in constant flux.

  • Employment Type:Full-time.
  • Salary: The salary range for this position is $00 (USD).
  • Reporting: This role reports directly to the CEO.
  • Travel: Travel will be required as needed for global operations and stakeholder management.
