As the Training & Education Facilitator for Anytime Fitness Philippines and Thailand your primary responsibility is to plan and lead engaging and productive training sessions and workshops ensuring participants gain actionable insights and leave the facilitation with more knowledge on the subject than when they arrived.
You will guide discussions encourage collaboration and maintain a positive and inclusive environment adapting methods to suit the audiences needs. You will ensure that content is delivered effectively whilst align with our organizational goals and brand standards. This role requires strong communication adaptability and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across employee development technical systems and leadership topics.
Deliver and adapt training content suited for local learners (English Tagalog Thai etc.) ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps training needs and coordinate bookings and attendance.
Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and performance feedback.
Maintain accurate training records calendars and documentation across platforms.
Support onboarding system rollouts and compliance training for new franchisees and clubs.
Partner with Franchise Support Managers and Club Managers to ensure timely completion of required training.
Stay updated with trends in learning tools and delivery methods to continuously enhance program design.
The Ideal Candidate
A degree in Business Operations Management Education or related field.
2 years of experience in training facilitation or franchise support.
Strong communicator with coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive organized and tech-savvyable to lead sessions both onsite and virtually.
Culturally sensitive capable of delivering content across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
Passionate about people development and committed to fitness and franchise excellence.
