Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45000 tank containers STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots.
What you will be doing
The Training Experience Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content for our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences. This role focuses on the design and development of both online and offline training programs including virtual animated and multimedia-based courses.
You will provide learning technology support by recommending appropriate digital solutions to deliver tailored learning teaching and assessment activities. You will also design develop support and maintain e-learning modules while contributing to innovative teaching learning and assessment strategies that enhance employee experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics and visual materials such as presentations workflows flowcharts animations multimedia content videos infographics and questionnaires
- Design and develop high-quality training content and learning structures for both online and in-person delivery
- Participate in the scoping design and development of new and updated courses in Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning formats
- Coordinate the preparation rollout and delivery of accurate and engaging learning content and media
- Review and enhance course designs to ensure clear instructional flow
- Review and improve exercises and work examples to ensure alignment with learning objectives
- Collaborate with business units to support course development and content creation
