Kaleidoscope is looking for talented and creative 3D Visualizers to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts and AutoCAD drawings into high-quality 3D models visualizations animations and renders. This role demands strong technical expertise an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced creative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand project briefs design intent and AutoCAD drawings to develop accurate 3D models.
Create detailed 3D models using 3DS Max as per provided CAD drawings.
Apply realistic lighting texturing and materials using V-Ray.
Produce high-quality renders and walkthrough animations.
Ensure visual outputs meet quality standards timelines and client expectations.
Work closely with the 3D design team to ensure consistency and creativity across projects.
Troubleshoot design and rendering issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

2 4 years of hands-on experience in:
- 3DS Max
- V-Ray
- Photoshop
- AutoCAD (reading and understanding drawings only)
Strong aesthetic sense with a solid understanding of color contrast composition and lighting.
Basic graduation degree; Engineering background (Civil / Mechanical preferred).
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Dependable flexible and capable of working under tight deadlines and pressure.
