Weevers & Traders is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Order Management Executive to manage stock levels handle order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day inventory operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Maintain accurate records of stock inflow and outflow.

Handle order processing including order entry tracking and dispatch coordination.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely stock replenishment.

Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.

Prepare reports on inventory status stock movement and order updates.

Basic experience in inventory management stock handling or order processing.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory management systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Any graduate or diploma holder.

Prior experience in retail trading or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
