Job Summary

Job Description:

Purpose:
The role is to identify qualify and generate potential business opportunities for the IT sales team by researching target markets engaging prospects and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. This role directly supports business growth client acquisition and revenue generation.


Scope:

  • Market research and lead generation through portals. Online databases to identify and engage potential IT clients.
  • Responsible for building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying and sharing high-quality leads with the business team.


Key Roles and Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through LinkedIn global business directories industry platforms and online databases.
Initiate contact via email LinkedIn and cold outreach to introduce company services.
Qualify prospects based on project requirements technology needs and outsourcing potential.
Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
Update and manage lead data in CRM or tracking systems.
Follow up with prospects to move leads toward sales discussions.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Track lead conversion response rates and outreach effectiveness.


Qualifications and required Skills:
(Electronics/Computer Computer Science/M.C.A/MBA).
12 years of experience in B2B lead generation or international sales preferably in the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and product engineering.
Ability to engage international clients professionally and confidently.
Strong research data analysis and lead qualification skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools Excel and lead tracking systems.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
Ability to understand client technical needs and align them with company offerings.
Strong communication and inter- personal skills

Remarks:Candidates must have experience working with an IT services-based company and decent English communication.
