Job Summary

Position: Chief Operating Officer
Experience : Approximately 15 years of experience in NBFCs or Banking with significant exposure to gold loans.

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth : Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy in alignment with the Board and CEO.
• Regulatory Compliance & Governance:.

Ensure full compliance with RBI regulations NBFC guidelines and statutory requirements.
• Credit Risk & Asset Quality Management: Define and enforce robust credit policies risk management frameworks and underwriting standards.
• Financial & Fund Management: Oversee financial planning budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
• Operations & Branch Management:.

Standardize operational processes across all branches to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance.
• People Culture & Leadership: Build a high-performance leadership team and strong second-line management.
