Key Responsibilities & KRAs 1. Financial Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with hospital growth. - Prepare budgets forecasts and financial plans. KRA: Budget accuracy ROI on investments. 2. Financial Control & Governance - Establish internal controls and governance frameworks. - Ensure accurate and timely MIS and financial reporting. KRA: Audit observations cash flow stability. 3. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Oversee billing collections insurance & TPA management. - Improve revenue realization and reduce AR days. KRA: Revenue realization % AR days. 4. Cost Optimization & Profitability - Control procurement inventory and operating costs. - Improve EBITDA margins. KRA: Cost reduction % EBITDA improvement. 5. Statutory Compliance & Taxation - Ensure compliance with GST Income Tax PF ESI and audits. KRA: Zero penalties clean audits. 6. Financial Reporting & MIS - Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports. KRA: Accuracy and timeliness of MIS. 7. Fund Management & Banking - Manage loans banking relations and funding options. KRA: Interest cost optimization. 8. Technology & Systems - Drive ERP/HIS implementation and automation. KRA: System efficiency and adoption. 9. Leadership & Team Management - Lead and develop finance and accounts team. KRA: Team productivity and retention. 10. Strategic Advisory & Board Support - Act as financial advisor to MD and Board. KRA: Strategic decision support effectiveness. Qualifications - CA / MBA Finance (Mandatory) - 10 years experience healthcare preferred.
