Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:Identify new opportunities generate leads (cold calls/networking) and expand the customer base.
- Client Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships understand needs provide support and resolve issues.
- Sales Execution:Prepare and deliver presentations negotiate terms close deals and meet sales targets.
- Reporting & Strategy:Track sales data prepare reports analyze market trends and contribute to sales strategies.
- Collaboration:Work with marketing and other departments to align goals and promote productS.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field often preferred.
- Experience:Proven track record of meeting sales targets often with B2B or specific industry experience.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication negotiation problem-solving time management and self-motivation.
- Technical Skills:Familiarity with CRM software sales tools and data analy
- Can involve both office work (admin reporting) and field work (client visits trade shows).
- Often involves working towards individual and team sales goals potentially with commission/bonus structures.
