Job Summary
Job Title : Chief Manager - Trade Surveillance
Experience : 13-17 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor scrip movements and generate alerts for significant price or trade volume changes.
- Review alerts conduct investigations and draft show cause notices for trading members.
- Oversee surveillance measures including price band changes trade segment transfers rumor verification and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare verify and submit MIS reports; coordinate with regulators and auditors on queries and audits.
- Recommend improvements in surveillance systems review alert parameters and implement policy changes aligned with market dynamics.
- Lead train and manage team members; set goals and ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
Requisites
- Strong knowledge of market surveillance processes trading mechanisms and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with alert monitoring pre-trade/post-trade risk controls and investigations.
- Ability to draft show cause notices circulars and regulatory proposals.
- Proficient in MIS preparation reporting and coordination with auditors/regulators.
- Leadership and people management skills to train and guide team members.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and coordination skills.
