About the Role

This role focuses on building revenue and increasing market share for our Molecular Diagnostics product range with a strong emphasis on engaging clinicians such as oncologists and endocrinologists. Youll play a pivotal role in creating demand for testing through education technical presentations and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Build revenue and expand market share for molecular diagnostics products within your territory.
- Clinician Engagement: Develop and maintain a network of relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders including oncologists and endocrinologists.
- Create Demand: Deliver compelling sales and technical presentations to clinicians to increase awareness and adoption of testing solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other Business Development Specialists to identify joint opportunities expand laboratory testing menus and increase automation placements.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Business Unit Manager suppliers and product managers on marketing initiatives field actions and targeted campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- Qualifications in Medical Science ideally with a focus on Molecular Genetics.
- Proven experience in sales within the diagnostics industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with excellent project management and teamwork capabilities.
- The role requires regular travel nationally.
