What Youll Be Doing
Help keep HOA communities organized compliant and running smoothly day to day.
Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails notices and community updates.
Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas packets minutes and follow-ups.
Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items that need attention.
Keep homeowner records governing documents and insurance information up to date.
Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.
What Were Looking For
Youre organized professional and enjoy working with people.
You bring one year or more of experience in an office administrative or customer service environment.
You communicate clearly stay on top of details and manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Youre comfortable using Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and PowerPoint.
Youre dependable team-oriented and ready to grow into a long-term career in HOA.
You have a valid drivers license reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
