Position: Customer Success Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided by Commercial Waste Removal LLC.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to best utilize the waste removal services offered.
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments for services rendered.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in the waste management industry.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with waste removal services and dumpster rentals is a plus.
