Job Title: Operations Manager

Location:OnSite
Salary Range: $32 - $45 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of cKinetics
- Work with businesses investors industry groups and thought leaders to generate market insights
- Implement sustainable business practices such as closed loop systems decentralized production and resource conservation
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organizational growth and innovation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess operational performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of sustainability practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with businesses and investors in the sustainability sector
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
