Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Oversee daily team operations metrics and collaborate with support teams to meet client SLAs. Lead client interactions on specific transactions and manage internal customer relationships. Plan resources to meet client requirements. Manage and develop team talent. Lead and participate in initiatives to improve business delivery and cost metrics. Development & implementation of strategies to ensure customer satisfaction & retention Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and adjust strategies as needed Plan & strategize Transformation Initiatives to meet customer expectations. Develop strategies for business growth. Understand the programs P&L. Prepare and deliver client presentations including WBR MBR and Competency: Proficient on minimum 2 GDSs (Global Distribution System) out of these 5 (Sabre/ Apollo/ Worldspan/ Galileo/ Amadeus) Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation Like; Fare component Manual fare calculation Pricing unit Global Indicator Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies. Knowledgeable about ARC and BSP and their reporting procedures. Microsoft Office skills high Proficient in speaking in English Knowledgeable in Quality tools Preferably six sigma trained and certified IATA/ UFTAA Level -2 certified. (Preferred)Special Role Requirement: Willing to travel across sites & locations Willing to be flexible in addition to the WNS mandated working hours Accuracy & integrity in data handling Ability to work with people and teams of diversified / different priorities Ability to present/ address in publicWork Experience: The candidate should have a minimum work experience of 10 years with at least 3 5 yrs in corporate travel domain. Candidate should have minimum 5 Years of experience of handling large operation. Should have hands-on experience of Issuing phase IV ticket and RTW tickets on 2 different GDS. Candidate should have experience to process Refund/ ADM/ACM through BSP and ARC.
