This is a remote position.
SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end coordination of service installations and internal projects. This includes drafting project plans managing scopes (cost time and quality) leading project teams and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination
- Lead internal and external project kick-offs.
- Create and manage project plans and scope.
- Monitor planning budget and quality.
- Coordinate project teams including clients and third parties.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports.
- Ensure smooth handover to Client Support.
- Process and Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation and administration.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Financial Oversight
- Manage invoicing and financial tracking of suppliers.
- Manage customer billing.
- Evaluation and Aftercare
- Conduct project evaluations.
- Provide aftercare and support post-installation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Four to seven years of experience in IT operations technical documentation or managed services environments.
- Experience documenting operational procedures SOPs or technical workflows.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams to capture operational knowledge.
- Experience working within managed services or cloud infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts.
- Experience maintaining knowledge bases or documentation systems.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate technical processes into clear instructions.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A process improvement mindset.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
