Job Summary

(TO NOTE: As this position is located in South Africa only South African based applicants will be considered)

An ideal opportunity for an HR experienced candidate who is looking to expand their experience by joining an international global engineering company specialising in the design development manufacture and service of rock drilling tools for a variety of applications. Has a worldwide presence with customer service centres and factories across the Americas; Europe and Middle East; Africa and Asia Pacific.

Key Skills Required (Full Job Description available on request):-
A recognised certificate in Human Resources
Proven Financial Management experience (ideally BCom)
Proven Human Resources Management (ideally BCom)
Knowledge of HR Legislations (BCEA/EEA/LRA)
Experienced in handling internal grievances- An understanding of the Pastel Payroll system
Must have experience dealing with Unions and factory personnel- Willing to occasionally travel to other sites for HR support as and when required
Good communication skills both written and oral
Excellent IT skills
and most importantly - a sense of humour!

What is offered:

Full-time position (Monday to Friday) / 07h30 to 16h30
Good basic salary of R35000K per month plus Capped Medical Aid and Provident Fund
15 days leave per year (some to be taken during Factory close down during Christmas - ie mid Dec to 1st week Jan)
