Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of a high-volume Toyota service operation
- Drive a best-in-class customer experience with a strong focus on CSI and customer retention
- Actively engage with customers to resolve concerns and build long-term relationships
- Coach develop and motivate service managers advisors and technicians
- Improve employee productivity morale and accountability
- Maintain a safe organized and compliant work environment
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow profitability
- Continuously raise the bar on CSI efficiency and overall department performance
Qualifications
- Previous dealership Service Manager experience required (Toyota experience preferred)
- Proven success managing a high-volume service department
- Strong leadership communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives
- Experience driving CSI improvement and sustained profitability
- High-energy organized and results-driven leadership style
