Job Summary

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Advanced knowledge about prisma software in order to perform imports and exports for raw material equipment and finished goods
Follow up to the compliance classification and valuation procedures
Receiving reports generation for Finance department usage for MRO material
Import and Export pedimentos record retención (air and ground) with their back up
Import and Export reports preparation (Annual and monthly)
Coordinate the receiving and shipping warehouse activities at El Paso TX.
Coordinate Customs activities; imports exports and tax required documentation to comply with the current Mexican laws and regulations.
Support the Traffic and Customs supervisor in the task/responsibilities assigned.
Complies with all safety policies reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.
Controls the resources assigned bythe companyto the department.
Takes and participates inactionsthat helps keepthe Quality System.
Assists with any otheractivityassigned relatedto work.
Proposes promotes and implementsimprovementproposals anddocument them in thesystem that the company.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Desirable Experience: 3 years
Desirable Schooling: Licenciado en Comercio Internacional o carreras afines / International Commerce Degree or related
