What you will be doing:
- Team Leadership:Lead mentor and manage a team ofenergy efficiency account managers ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their goals.
- Project Oversight:Oversee the planning execution and completion ofenergy efficiencyprojects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Ensureaccount managers are workingclosely withpublic agencies schools water facilitiescommunity-based organizations (CBOs) trade allies and other stakeholders todrive utility program participation.
- Quality Assurance:OverseeandmonitorQA/QC processes to ensurehigh standardsof work and compliance with regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation:Manage the collection and organization of project reports and documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Innovation and Improvement:Identifyopportunities for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability efforts.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel and throughout the state of California. Travel requirements are between 20% and 50% of the time (reimbursement for mileage provided)
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree in (Business Admin Energy Environmental Studies Technology Engineering Energy Efficiency or related fields) (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 2 years of experience in technology sales engineering and/or energy efficiency
- 1 year of experience in people management
- Must haveavalid drivers license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.

- Proven experience in peoplemanagement preferably in energy efficiency or sustainability sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including community organizations and trade allies.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes andpermitinspections.
- Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
