Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and P&L Management (60%)

  • Lead the AOP and strategic planning for assigned brands.
  • Oversee development and execution of marketing plansincluding pricing media activation packaging merchandising and sales materials.
  • Manage full P&L (volume COGS A&P) and recommend actions to achieve targets.
  • Apply consumer insights demandcentered thinking and competitive analysis to drive long-term strategy and short-term priorities.
  • Champion brand priorities and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive activation plans.
  • Partner with Commercial Strategy Sales and Shopper Marketing to support commercialization and activation of brand initiatives.

Brand Management Process (20%)

  • Build marketing and crossfunctional capabilities through coaching wiht internal and external partners
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment of AOP strategic plans business reviews and briefs with senior leadership and partners.
  • Foster collaboration with U.S. International and Canadian teams.

Innovation Management (10%)

  • Use insights and demand science to recommend and shape innovation opportunities.
  • Lead innovation projects from ideation to commercialization.
  • Manage multiple brands and initiatives within a fastmoving environment.
  • Monitor innovation performance post-launch while building corrective actions to deliver the expected results.

Admin support (10%)

  • Manage A&P spending and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Monitor brand budgets track expenses and reconcile invoices.
  • Support process improvement initiatives as needed.

Potential Career Progression:

  • Opportunities for advancement within Marketing.
  • Lateral moves possible to Shopper Marketing Digital or other Brand portfolios.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

  • 35 years of brand management experience within CPG
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Successful experience developing and executing marketing programs writing briefs and managing P&Ls.
  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives that drive market share revenue volume and operational efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or challenges and proactively developing strategies.
  • Experience identifying building and delivering growth initiatives in a fastmoving CPG environment.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions while balancing multiple factors in a complex operating environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities; comfortable using data for decisionmaking.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams including Sales Finance and Research.
  • Strong organizational prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

Pay Range:$79000-$116000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal Conagra employees Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
