This role supports the launch and expansion of a global portfolio of medical refrigeration products. The Product Marketing Manager will lead global marketing strategy and execution across multiple product lines with an initial focus on marketing communications and downstream omnichannel efforts. The role requires strong global marketing experience hands-on execution and the ability to manage complex high-volume initiatives across regions.
Manage content marketing associated with 32 global models and 4 models currently deployed in North America
Develop and produce core marketing materials for 20 models being added to the North American portfolio
Lead marketing strategy and execution across global markets
Drive and document omnichannel marketing regularly setting expectations with stakeholders
Create new or revised materials for each make and model including:
Spec sheets
Catalogs
Website updates
Brochures
global social strategy
PPC campaigns in targeted regions
Write compelling marketing copy specific to the style and format of each channel
Proofread and review materials for accuracy of data and claims
Ensure attention to personas and target markets
Utilize stakeholder feedback to enhance market messaging
Conduct competitive analysis and comparisons for global and regional use
Consolidate information for four makes that include dozens of models
Attend bimonthly global meetings and present regular updates
Host regional expectation-setting calls with stakeholders in North America EMEA and APAC
Provide updates inmarketing reviews
Serve as a liaison to leadership and collaborate closely with the Product leader
Connect with the APAC marketer to ensure alignment with regional strategy and coordination with the manufacturers marketing team
Implements brand updates and ensures alignment across all marketing materials
Serve as a point of contact for the Business Development team and support distributor strategies including announcements in Latin America
Support announcements and promotions in India as requested
Support demand generation and lead generation efforts
Track performance to ensure marketing is driving value for sales teams
Support relationships with publications
Support PPC and LinkedIn advertising efforts
Participate in customer advisory board meetings when the product portfolio is discussed and/or present to board members
Support event responsibilities as assigned including content strategies for industry events and tradeshows
Collect and utilize Voice of Customer (VOC) from customers and distributors to inform positioning strategies and content improvements
Strong self-directed project management skills
Write project plans set deadlines schedule meetings and manage timelines independently
Manage multiple product lines regions and stakeholders simultaneously
