Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead (Sales Cloud and Gong Expert)
The Techno-Functional Lead will bridge Sales Leadership Revenue Operations and the technology team to design the Revenue Intelligence ecosystem integrating Gong and Salesforce to deliver actionable sales insights.

In this role you will be responsible for below:

Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end sales processes leveraging Gong AI insights within Salesforce.
Map requirements with Sales Leadership and define Trackers/Smart Trackers in Gong for Salesforce integration.
Build the framework for Gong Forecast within Salesforce for pipeline accuracy.
Align stakeholders on CRM strategy using conversation intelligence data (e.g. competitor mentions objections).
Monitor integration health and adoption to enrich Salesforce with Gong data.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
Relevant years of Salesforce experience with a focus on Sales Cloud.
Certified Sales Cloud CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud consultant.
Deep understanding of or similar platforms.
Experience in Revenue Operations or Business Analysis.
Proven ability to craft technical requirements for development teams.

Preferred qualifications / Skills

Demonstrable experience designing and personally building Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API JSON & XML etc.)
Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices coding design guidelines and governor limits
Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
Passion for a fast-paced high growth environment
