Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth managing sales teams and achieving business targets. The candidate should have strong expertise in sales strategy team handling and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Lead train and manage the sales team

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies

  • Drive business through open market / channel sales / direct sales

  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships

  • Monitor sales performance and generate MIS reports

  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Experience in Financial Products (Home Loan LAP Business Loan etc.)

  • Experience in handling field sales teams

  • Strong local market knowledge of Ghaziabad
