Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for the Open Market channel to drive business growth in secured loan products (HL/LAP). The candidate will be responsible for sourcing business through connectors DSAs and open market networks while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Home Loan / Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) in the open market.
Build and manage a network of DSAs connectors builders and brokers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Ensure smooth processing and coordination with credit & operations team.
Monitor competition and provide market feedback.
Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HL/LAP sales.
Strong local market knowledge of Faridabad.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Key Skills:
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate from Banking / NBFC / HFC background.
Strong builder & broker network in Faridabad.
Self-driven and result-oriented.
