Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Officer – CASA to drive Current Account & Savings Account acquisition through open market sourcing and local area activities.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Current & Savings Accounts (CASA)
Generate leads through field visits referrals & local market mapping
Cross-sell banking products (FD RD Insurance etc.)
Maintain daily sales MIS and activity tracker
Ensure KYC & documentation compliance
Build relationships with local businesses & individual customers
Achieve monthly acquisition & value targets
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in CASA / Banking Sales preferred
Strong local market knowledge
- Good communication & convincing skills
