Responsibilities

• Owning FP&A calendar and cost budgeting.

• Setting up business processes to work with and manage subsidiary relationships.

• Month-end and quarter-end board presentations.

• Ad Hoc analysis that often arrives.

Key Competencies

• Organized: Owning and managing the FP&A calendar ensuring we remain on track with closing.

• Headcount Planning & Cost Modeling: Translating Skillzs strategies into numbers.

• Stakeholder Ownership: Experience with planning business and board reviews timeline and communication expectations.

• System Knowledge: Netsuite or similar ERP systems.

• Data Fluency: Process creation automation and data including proficiency or interest in SQL.

Experience

• A minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A roles (corporate - budget and consolidation). Bonus if you have investment banking or management consulting experience.

• Extensive consolidation headcount planning and cost modeling experience.

• SQL experience or interest. Knowledge of how to retrieve data and information from Snowflake. Tableau experience is a plus.

• Consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions.

• Strong preference for gaming or tech (media tech or consumer tech) industry.

• Bachelors Degree. Preference for degree in Business or Economics.

Total Starting Compensation:$179745

Location: Onsite Las Vegas Nevada USA

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
