Job Description:
As an Account Growth Manager you will be responsible for scaling revenue through agent and partner ecosystems across priority cities and emerging markets. This role sits at the intersection of partner acquisition activation productivity and retention with direct accountability for monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and long-term contract value (TCV).
You will act as the commercial owner of partner-led growth in your assigned territories ensuring coverage performance and sustainable contribution to Mekari Jurnals national expansion strategy.
This is a revenue-carrying execution-heavy role not a coordination or support function.
- Maintain high levels of customer/partner engagement including on-site meetings in scale cities (Bandung Surabaya) and seed/niche markets (Semarang Bali) focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with accounts proactively to drive product adoption and act as the voice of the market sitting at the intersection of partner acquisition activation and productivity.
- Proactively spot and correct issues affecting satisfaction or retention taking decisive action to revive optimize or exit underperforming partners.
- Facilitate periodic reviews with customers determining new requirements and driving a target of 70% active participation through engaging and consultative discussions.
- Continually gather field feedback to work directly with the product team on the roadmap ensuring coverage and performance align with Mekari Jurnals national expansion strategy.
- Monitor & handle product renewal and retention including expansion to upsell products to achieve company OKRs with direct accountability for MRR and TCV.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales partnerships or channel management; SaaS tech or accounting background is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level specifically managing revenue through indirect channels like agents resellers or alliances.
- Youre driven: This is a revenue-carrying execution-heavy role; you have a strong hunter farmer mindset and dont need to be pushed to excel.
- Eager to learn and perfect your work: You have a bias toward action and the ability to operate independently in fast-growing ambiguous environments.
- You want to serve our customers: You build trust with external partners while holding them accountable ensuring that when they win the company wins.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Partnership management with a history of increasing adoption retention and partner-sourced revenue.
- Process-driven empathetic and a great communicator who can build a repeatable partner acquisition engine not just one-off recruitment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skills comfortable owning numbers targets and commercial outcomes.
- Loves working with clients and thrives on market coverage; willing to travel and engage directly with local regional markets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams specifically Sales leadership Product and Ops.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to negotiate and present to C-level executives.
- Diplomacy tact and poise under pressure when managing deal support escalations and regional market outlooks.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter who is highly structured disciplined and data-driven.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly to ensure consistent revenue contribution.
