Programmed Facility Management

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our Programmed Facility Management team. This role will support the business by delivering high-quality reporting analytics and insights to enable informed operational and strategic decision-making.
About the role
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting analysing and interpreting data from multiple business systems. You will design and maintain reporting solutions develop dashboards and automated reports and ensure data accuracy governance and integrity across operational and financial datasets.
You will work closely with stakeholders across operations finance IT and leadership to translate complex data into clear actionable insights that support performance improvement efficiency and growth.
- Salary: $115000 Great Benefits
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing developing and maintaining reporting solutions dashboards and data models
- Building and maintaining data pipelines ETL processes and transformation logic
- Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities
- Developing automated reports and visualisations using Microsoft BI tools
- Performing data validation quality assurance and issue resolution
- Maintaining reporting catalogues schedules and documentation
- Translating analytical outputs into clear business-focused insights
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and support adoption
- Supporting continuous improvement of analytics reporting and commercial processes
About you
You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong technical capability and the ability to communicate insights effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Business Analytics or a related discipline
- Strong experience with Power BI Excel (advanced) DAX and Python
- Experience using SQL and developing data models
- Demonstrated experience developing automated reports and dashboards
- A strong understanding of data governance quality and validation practices
- The ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
