We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-priority program focused on enhancing verification and management of customer identities across service this role you will play a key role in ensuring customer data management practices remain secure and fully compliant with telecommunications industry regulations. Your initial focus will be on the successful rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system helping safeguard user access while maintaining a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for mapping customer interactions to ensure security solutions work effectively across channels.
Working at the intersection of customer service technology and compliance you will facilitate workshops and interviews to gather critical requirements and translate them into clear actionable plans. You will manage the lifecycle of these requirements by creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring that every technical solution aligns with broader business goals. Beyond documentation you will play a proactive role in identifying potential risks related to data handling and supporting the testing phases to ensure identity management tools are robust and reliable.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the retail or telecommunications industries.
Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Strong background in projects involving Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or general customer identity and secure access systems.
Expertise in analyzing As-Is and To-Be business processes across various service channels (web mobile app and contact centers).
Demonstrated ability to work within regulatory compliance frameworks and ensure business processes meet industry standards.
Proficiency in managing requirements user stories and project tasks using Agile management tools like JIRA.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A solid understanding of customer data privacy principles and risk management practices.
