We are now looking for acreative and high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brasserie Bon Vivant and further shape Rivieras culinary identity with international flair and confident use of local Nordic ingredients.

You live for flavour aesthetics atmosphere and quality and you thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment where every meal should feel like a mini getaway.
You bring:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or creative Sous Chef in a lifestyle restaurant resort hotel or modern brasserie
A strong creative vision blending international influences with local seasonal produce
The ability to lead inspire and build strong kitchen teams
Commercial mindset solid cost control and a focus on sustainable operations
Your role
Create and develop vibrant international menus rooted in Nordic and local ingredients
Lead and motivate the kitchen team in a high-energy resort environment
Deliver food experiences that match the Riviera vibe from breakfast to after-beach and events
Collaborate closely with bar events and other departments to create seamless guest experiences
Take ownership of kitchen economics purchasing inventory and operational efficiency
