About the Opportunity

The University of Wollongong is seeking a motivated and servicefocused Campus Service Officer to join the Student Services Division at our Sutherland Campus. This role is central to creating a welcoming efficient and studentcentred environment acting as the first point of contact for students staff visitors and community partners. Youll provide highquality customer service support campus operations and contribute to the delivery of key student lifecycle activities.

As part of the campus team you will manage a wide range of enquiries offer informed guidance and ensure that all interactions reflect UOWs commitment to exceptional service. Youll assist with the smooth running of daily campus operations support events and activities and help maintain a safe and functional environment stepping in to oversee facilities when the Campus Manager is unavailable. The role also involves completing administrative tasks that support the student lifecycle including processing forms maintaining records and assisting with major events such as enrolment orientation exams and graduation.

Success in this position relies on strong interpersonal skills the ability to retain and communicate detailed information and confidence working with digital systems. Youll be someone who can prioritise effectively in a busy environment build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
