Job Summary
Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Billings MT service center.In this role youll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What youll do:
In our fast-paced team environment you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services solve customer needs and build ongoing positive business relationships.
- Solve customer inquiries prepare quotes process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling adding on & educating customers
- Assemble hoses for walk-in customers
- Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 year customer service inside salesmechanical or maintenance experience required. Hydraulic experience preferred
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software
- Attention to detail time management organization & communication
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record (MVR)
