About The Role

As a business development Intern at Prodigal youll run targeted outbound motions execute integrated marketing campaigns and qualify leads. Working closely with Business Development Marketing and Sales youll turn market interest into revenue opportunities and ensure a predictable well-qualified top-of-funnel through outbound -performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development role.

Internship duration - 4 months

Internship mode - In-office (Powai Mumbai)

Stipend - INR 20000 per month Food and travel

Key Tasks

  • Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation
  • Execute multi-channel outbound sequences aligned with target personas and verticals
  • Drive outbound campaigns linked to product launches content events and marketing initiatives
  • Identify research and engage key accounts across the North American region (EST-PST)
  • Continuously refine messaging based on persona insights objections and market signals
  • Partner with Marketing to activate outbound components of campaigns lists messaging follow-up flows
  • Surface real-time feedback on messaging ICP signals and engagement patterns
  • Conduct short structured discovery calls to validate fit urgency and next steps
  • Hand off qualified opportunities cleanly to Account Executives with clear context and documentation
  • Maintain tight CRM hygiene in Salesforce: every touch progression and qualification logged
  • Use sales engagement tools to run consistent scalable outbound motions
  • Report weekly on outbound performance pipeline influence and learnings from the field
