- Design implement and evaluate training and development programs based on comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted across departments
- Collaborate with professional bodies training institutions and external consultants to source customize and develop appropriate training programs
- Coordinate with all departments to prepare for Human Resources Management Operations Reviews and conduct self-audits for the Training Department
- Manage and monitor the Training Departments operational budget ensuring strict cost control and adherence to financial guidelines
- Develop and support employees to maximize their potential and efficiency while monitoring performance against current training philosophies and methodologies
- Maintain and manage an up-to-date Training Resources Center equipped with modern training facilities and materials
- Ensure the security and proper maintenance of all training facilities equipment and materials
- Assist the executive leadership in identifying and prioritizing training needs within each department
- Respond proactively to changes in Human Resources functions driven by industry trends company strategy or organizational needs
- Oversee the training and development of departmental trainers ensuring they meet established quotas and maintain high performance standards
- Conduct regular audits evaluations and provide constructive feedback to departmental trainers on their performance and effectiveness
- Initiate and implement motivational programs to engage and recognize departmental trainers for their contributions
- Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with departmental trainers and their managers to discuss training matters and align on objectives
- Ensure departmental trainers submit and conduct monthly training schedules maintaining transparency and accountability
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software to track program delivery participant progress and training outcomes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training coordination learning and development or human resources functions
- Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies instructional design principles and adult learning best practices
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various training software platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and program outcomes
- Competency in budget management and cost control
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external training providers
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer software applications
- Project management capabilities with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning culture
- Preferred: Certification in Training and Development (such as ASTD or equivalent) or experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
