Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager – BLAP to drive sourcing conversion and disbursement of Business Loan Against Property cases. The role involves managing high-value clients handling channel partners and ensuring strong portfolio quality in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Source and close Business LAP (BLAP) cases through open market and DSAs
Handle selfemployed segment including MSMEs traders and professionals
Achieve monthly login sanction and disbursement targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs connectors and brokers
Guide customers on loan eligibility documentation and process flow
Coordinate with Credit Legal Technical & Operations teams for smooth processing
Monitor pipeline cases and ensure timely turnaround
Maintain portfolio quality and control delinquency
Support junior RMs (if applicable) and drive productivity
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–6 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Business Loans
Proven track record in open market sourcing mandatory
Strong local market knowledge of Varanasi
Good negotiation and relationship management skills
