Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant SFDC Developer with Marketing Managed Packages Installation Experience
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a specialized focus on integrating enterprise-grade marketing platformsCvent Seismic and Campaign Managerdirectly into the Salesforce CRM.
Your primary mission is to ensure that data from these managed packages is seamlessly mapped to Salesforce objects triggers the correct internal workflows and provides bankers with real-time actionable insights. While knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus your core expertise must lie in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Managed Package configuration.

In this role you will be responsible for below:

Responsibilities:
Managed Package Orchestration: Lead the technical deployment and versioning of the Cvent Seismic and Campaign Manager apps. You will manage the configuration of Remote Site Settings OAuth authentication and Metadata API authorizations.
Custom Logic & Automation: Write high-performance Apex Triggers and Flows to extend the functionality of managed packages (e.g. auto-creating a High-Value Lead task when a specific document is viewed in Seismic).
Advanced Data Mapping: Configure complex field mappings between external platform schemas and Salesforce standard/custom objects (Accounts Contacts Leads and Campaigns).
UI/UX Customization: Build or customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to surface Seismic content recommendations or Cvent attendance history directly on the Advisors dashboard.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose Silent Failures in package syncs monitor Apex governor limits during large-scale data imports and manage the Sync Rules to prevent data duplication.
Banking Compliance: Implement field-level security and encryption to ensure that third-party data ingestion adheres to strict financial data privacy standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills

BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
Salesforce Development - Expert in Apex SOQL LWC and Salesforce Flows.
Integration Patterns- Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks used by managed packages.
Cvent for Salesforce - Experience with the Cvent Salesforce App (Version 6.0) including Task/Opportunity auto-creation.
Seismic Enablement- Configuring Seismic embedded components and mapping LiveSend engagement data.
Campaign Management- Managing Campaign Member Statuses and hierarchies to reflect multi-touch engagement.

Preferred qualifications / Skills

SFMC (Secondary) Desired Ability to troubleshoot the Marketing Cloud Connector as it pulls data from these packages.
Demonstrable experience designing and personally building Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences.
Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API JSON & XML etc.)
Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices coding design guidelines and governor limits
Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
