Job Summary
Student Worker

Location:West Campus
Schedule:After school on program days are Monday - Friday from 3:30 - 5:30 and can be flexible to fit your schedule and need.

Position Summary:
Student Support Assistants help teachers run a fun safe and productive elementary after-school program. Youll work with younger students to support academic learning model positive behavior and help create a welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in leadership education and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support elementary students with homework reading math and learning activities
- Help supervise students during snack time transitions and activities
- Model positive behavior responsibility and kindness
- Assist teachers with setting up and cleaning up activities
- Encourage students to stay engaged focused and safe
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Step in to help wherever needed to keep the program running smoothly
