Serves as the single point of accountability for delivery of the full ServiceNow transformation. Leads cross-functional teams manages schedule budget risk and stakeholder communication throughout the 3-year base period and into O&M.
Education: Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field; Masters preferred.
Experience: 10 years overall IT experience; 5 years managing complex enterprise platform programs; prior transit government or regulated-industry experience a plus.
Certifications: PMP or PgMP required; Agile/SAFe certification (e.g. SPC RTE) strongly preferred.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain Program Management Plan integrated schedule and risk register
Facilitate sprint planning stakeholder reviews and executive status briefings
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; coordinate change control board submissions
Oversee UAT planning go-live readiness and project closeout reporting
Ensure all deliverables meet Client SDLC cybersecurity and quality standards
