Job Title: Kitchen Utility Worker (Senior Shift Role)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Utility Worker to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness organization and efficiency across kitchen work areas while also serving as a senior team member on shift to guide and support junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas equipment and utensils
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Wash sanitize and properly store kitchen tools and equipment
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials
Support kitchen staff with basic operational tasks as needed
Act as a senior team member providing direction and guidance to lower-level employees
Help ensure smooth workflow and adherence to operational procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen food service or utility role preferred
Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Good communication and leadership skills
Reliable and detail-focused
