Position Overview

Were seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about making a difference in students lives. The ideal candidate is a true team player follows direction well and is committed to fostering a positive growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students inFull Cosmetology (preferred)and support instruction across programs as needed (hair nails esthetics advanced esthetics and/or barbering)
• Provide hands-on instruction and practical demonstrations in a clinical setting
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to deliver a consistent high-quality education
• Model professionalism safety sanitation and current industry standards
• Support student progress confidence and readiness for state board exams

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Cosmetologist(Oregon)
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills and a supportive professional attitude
• Ability to follow established curriculum and school protocols
• Commitment to teamwork accountability and student success
