LEARNING LEADER - COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR: YOUR ROLE
In this position youll not only teach youll mentor inspire and guide. From Tuesday to Friday 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM (with flexible split shifts available) youll be at the heart of our classroom and clinic leading with creativity and enthusiasm. Monday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM will require you to be present once a month sharing your expertise in a more intimate setting with students who are eager to learn. Youll also have the chance to work one evening shift per week ensuring our students get the support they need to thrive.
Youll be responsible for teaching a well-rounded curriculum that includes hands-on instruction visual demonstrations and one-on-one student support. Our teaching philosophy is all about engagement and youll play a crucial role in ensuring that our students are prepared for their cosmetology careers with confidence and skill.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We need someone who can be actively engaged with students helping them grasp beauty concepts in a hands-on visual way that brings education to life. This isnt your typical sit back and observe teaching role were looking for an instructor whos passionate about education and can adapt to our upbeat fast-paced environment.
