At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to support our hotel sales efforts with a primary focus on learning revenue generation client outreach and market positioning. This role offers hands-on exposure to hotel sales strategy account management and marketing initiatives with some involvement in events and group business.
What Youll Do:
- Support the sales team with lead generation prospecting and account research.
- Assist with responding to sales inquiries preparing proposals and maintaining client files.
- Learn how group and transient sales are booked tracked and forecasted.
- Help maintain sales databases reports and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts including promotions social media content and sales collateral.
- Shadow sales calls site tours and client meetings to gain real-world sales experience.
- Assist with event-related sales coordination as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to support revenue growth and market visibility.
What Youll Need:
- Currently enrolled in hospitality management marketing business or a related degree program (minimum GPA of 3.0).
- Strong communication organization and follow-up skills.
- Interest in sales marketing and relationship-building within the hospitality industry.
- Comfort working with data reports and basic sales metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and willingness to learn through hands-on experience.
