• 21 years old (so you can legally serve alcohol in Utah)
  
  
• Comfortable talking with customers and keeping energy high
  
  
• Kitchen experience is a plus but well train the right fit
  
  
• Solid food safety cooking know-how
  
  
• Quick on your feet and cool under pressure
  
  
• Team player with strong communication skills
  
  
• Valid Utah food handler alcohol service permits (or willing to get them)
