We are looking for a top-producing high-energy Service Advisor who knows how to control the drive maximize every opportunity and deliver an elite customer experience.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Own the service drive and control the customer experience from start to finish
Greet customers identify concerns and drive high-quality repair orders
Work directly with technicians to ensure accurate efficient repairs
Upsell services maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
Schedule manage and optimize workflow for maximum productivity
Communicate clearly with customers on timelines costs and updates
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Ensure all services pricing and approvals are properly documented and closed

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Proven success as a Service Advisor (CDJR experience HIGHLY preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive systems warranty and service processes
Ability to sell communicate and close at a high level
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong organization follow-up and problem-solving skills
Experience with dealership software and service systems
