The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Genesys Contact Center integrations (CTI IVR call routing) and expertise in Apex LWC Flows and Salesforce Einstein AI. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven voice features intelligent agent assist solutions and Salesforce contact center integrations.
Required Skills:
