This role focuses on expanding our portfolio and customer base by identifying new suppliers assessing market viability and leading product launch initiatives. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy collaborating closely with Commercial Leadership and Product Management to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new products. Your insights will influence go-to-market plans and targeted campaigns to maximise market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify new suppliers and products across existing and emerging markets to support strategic growth plans.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and develop business cases for new supplier targets.
  • Supplier Engagement: Assess potential partners negotiate agreements and build strong long-term relationships.
  • Implementation Leadership: Develop go-to-market strategies and lead product launch initiatives to achieve successful adoption.
  • Customer Focus: Work directly with customers to validate local requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Commercial Leadership and Product Management to achieve key milestones and KPIs.
  • Industry Presence: Attend trade shows conferences and customer meetings to stay ahead of market trends.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications in a relevant field (Medical Science or related discipline preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development supplier management and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • The role requires regular travel both nationally and on less occasions internationally.
